All activities and materials associated with the Coalition to Advance Biotechnology comply fully with U.S. House of Representatives and Senate ethics rules and guidelines.

The Coalition operates activities in coordination with the BIOtech Caucus as an independent, nonpartisan resource for scientific and policy information. It does not engage in lobbying, fundraising, or political activity, and no federal funds are used for its administrative functions or events.

Participation by organizations or individuals is strictly voluntary and conducted in accordance with applicable Congressional Ethics Guidance.
